I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all people and I work collaboratively with clients to help them live more intentional lives. In my sessions we focus on improving thought patterns and communication skills.

 

At the client's discretion this may include family members and other important relationships. I am passionate about empowering children to build self-awareness and develop healthy skills to advocate for themselves and meet their needs responsibly. I practice client-centered, trauma-informed care and I utilize systemic and behavioral therapeutic approaches.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist I  treat individuals by examining the family system and dynamics, focusing on how relationships impact mental health.

Trauma-informed counseling is a therapeutic approach that recognizes, understands, and responds to the impact of trauma on an individual's life, focusing on safety, empowerment, and healing rather than just symptom management.

​

Conflict de-escalation therapy uses specialized communication and emotional regulation techniques to reduce tension, aggression, and distress in individuals, preventing violence and repairing relationships.​​​​

​


My primary clients are: 

  • Children ages 4+

  • Adolescents 

  • Young Adults

  • Families

I am typically available in office or virtually:

Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
