I grew up in Central Wisconsin and have a deep connection with our community. I have experienced incredible healing through counseling, which has led me to want to help others in the same way. After completing my education, I have given back to our community by working with juvenile day treatment, crisis intervention, and individual counseling services. I start every day with a positive
mindset and an openness to resolve challenges and accept new beginnings.

I help people understand how trauma and grief can influence our
experiences and I also help people process their emotions which allows them to learn how to
manage and overcome challenges.
I support whole body treatment, which includes mental, emotional, physical,
and spiritual well-being.
