I previously worked in a residential treatment center providing substance use treatment to people with addictions and their families in a variety of settings.

I provide trauma-based interventions in a variety of settings and specialize in women-specific topics such as control dynamics.

I am certified and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

I provide care to those who have served for over 3 years.

Treatment Style

I use Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in a collaborative approach.
 
My primary clients are: 

• Children & Adolescents, Ages 10-17
• Young Adults
• Women
• Veterans
• Those with Substance Use Disorder

Typical Availability

I am typically available in office or virtually, 8 am – 3:30 pm:

Monday – Friday
