I've always known that I needed to be working in a field that allowed me to help people. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in education, I spent years in the classroom and as a coach, working with children of many different ages. After taking some time away to start my family, I stumbled into the world of mental health and immediately knew I had found the piece that had been missing. I obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Lakeland University and discovered my love for working with individual clients as well as families. I feel passionate that one's mental health is just as important as their physical health and that the two are very interconnected. While I'm away from the office, you can typically find me spending time with my family. We love to travel and explore the beautiful state parks of Wisconsin.
