I have over 20 years experience as an Occupational Therapist and have dove into holistic interventions personally and professionally that help the mind, body and soul flourish. I have brought skills from these experiences into the Individual Skills Development role to help individuals implement a variety of self care, relaxation and mindset techniques.

I am passionate about helping individuals discover what makes them feel mentally, physically and emotionally alive while experiencing joy in everyday life.

I guide my clients in interactive techniques that work for them. I

like to make the process rewarding and fun. It is much easier to

follow through when you enjoy what you are learning.

I am here to support you along your journey to gain greater

independence, and understanding of how to effectively manage the responses your body is experiencing. I will provide you with and guide you in techniques that set you up for success without the stress of everyday demands weighing you down.

When away from work you will find me spending time in nature and enjoying my family.
