For Providers

Central Wisconsin Mental Health Associates offers business support services to a network of healthcare professionals.

Providers need access to reliable, evidenced based mental health support services. Currently our providers report limited, timely access to  resources to support their practices resulting in limitations to lengthy wait lists. Clients also have limited access to holistic health approaches in the greater Central WI area.

CWMHA is a certified mental health clinic that’s primary focus is to handle the administrative workload that comes with seeing clients . Our services enable you to focus on providing the best clinical care possible.

You set your own hours.

Work the days, evenings and hours you want to.

CWMHA requires that our providers have a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week. We find it difficult to consistently schedule clients with therapists that have less than 10 hours of availability. Attract the type of clients that you want to help

Let us handle the rest...

Credentialing

Credentialing is a systematic approach to the collection and verification of a health care provider's professional qualifications.

You focus on counseling, while we will:

  • Contract with local providers including state and national insurance groups

  • Credential and panel you with top insurers.

  • Provide State Certification for Medicaid Billing.

While there is some minimal initial work on your part to begin this process, our full-time credentialing specialist will handle the majority of the effort.

Billing

Does anyone like billing? We want you to focus on doing the work you love, while we will:

  • Schedule intakes, on-boarding and commercial billing.

  • Provide Electronic Medical records, HIPAA compliant Telehealth Platforms,  Microsoft Office and a HIPAA compliant email.
