I’m committed to using evidence-based practices to make a meaningful, lasting impact. I entered this field to help bridge the mental health gap in underserved areas and to be a source of hope and support for those who need it most. I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their path to healing and recovery.

With a strong foundation in substance use counseling and certifications in both Brainspotting and EMDR, I offer an integrative, client-centered approach rooted in trauma-informed care. I work with clients navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and co-occurring mental health concerns, creating a safe, supportive space to explore and grow.

Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my family, and caring for my pets. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater peace, purpose, and resilience.

EMDR is a type of psychotherapy that uses eye movements and other bilateral stimulation (such as tapping or auditory cues) to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences.
