I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2002 and I have worked in community mental health, vocational rehabilitation, university counseling centers, VA clinics, county agencies, and in leadership of many entities. I have always had a passion for supporting people and learning about the uniqueness of individuals. I remember being in high school taking my first Psychology class and being fascinated about the complexity of what makes human beings...human.  

 

I appreciate every client that walks into my office and I am honored to be a part of their journey. With 20+ years of experience in the mental health field, I have a vast knowledge of many areas of the field and bring that with me to each session and interaction with clients and clinicians alike. I look forward to our future collaborations!

Counseling with all, or some, family members focused on improvement or clarification of family dynamics.

Counseling for all couples with a focus of improvement or clarification of relationship stresses.

Provision of clinical supervision, mentorship, and support for new/established clinicians  that are looking to grow into their own clinical practices.

Treatment Style

My treatment style is eclectic with applications of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My style is very collaborative with a strong focus on Client-Centered Care. 
 
My primary clients are:

• Young Adults
• Families
• Elderly 

Typical Availability

I am typically available:
Monday, 9 am – 6 pm

Tuesday, 8 am - 4 pm

Wednesday, 9 am - 6 pm

Thursday. 9 am - 5 pm
