EMDR is a type of psychotherapy that uses eye movements and other bilateral stimulation (such as tapping or auditory cues) to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. Substance use counseling offers guidance to individuals dealing with various challenges, including alcoholism, addictions, and depression.
